Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 13, 2026

This page is maintained by Bakhul hospitality to answer common privacy questions about our Cloud Hotel Management Platform. It describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services.

Information we collect

We collect account information you provide (name, email, role), operational data your team creates in Bakhul hospitality (bookings, invoices, guest records), and standard technical data required to operate the service (IP address, device information, log events).

How we use information

We use information to provide, secure, and improve the Bakhul hospitality platform, to communicate with account administrators, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data or the data of your guests.

Data protection

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to authorized personnel and controlled through granular role-based permissions. Our platform practices align with SOC 2 principles; this is not itself a certification and does not guarantee any specific regulatory outcome.

Data retention

Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for a limited period after cancellation to allow for export. You may request deletion at any time through your workspace admin.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact privacy@Bakhul hospitality.io.
