These Terms govern your access to and use of the Bakhul hospitality Cloud Hotel Management Platform. By using Bakhul hospitality, you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity performed under your account.
Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel any monthly plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with other customers' use of the platform.
Availability
We aim for 99.99% uptime, with SLA guarantees available on the Enterprise plan. Planned maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these Terms. On termination, you may export your data for a limited window.
